The Northeast India Academy of Performing Arts, since 2011, have taken up the initiative towards training and nurturing talents among the youth in the Northeast and getting them ready to face the world. We are also proud to be one of the first grooming and personality training Academy in the Northeast.
Our focus lies in creating better work opportunities by equipping our students with necessary skills and knowledge through various courses. We believe that immense potential already exist in the Northeast. What we offer to our students is unparallel education in theory and practical classes trained by our carefully selected group of professional instructors, who are the best in the industry. So that our students can develop professional skills and be given a greater opportunity of choice in occupation.
We provide outstanding education to our students and empower them to stay ahead of their clients expectations and grow in accordance with the needs and demands of the industry. We also provide full assistance to our students for placements in the national and international market.

Infocus Management was founded in 2012, as a branch of the Northeast India Academy of Performing Arts (NIAPA). The name “Infocus” is a metaphor to the quality of service and emphasis the agency provides.
The dual functioning of the Management involves, firstly, the recruitment and representation of students after their completion of training from the Academy, and secondly, the management of all the Events under NIAPA.
The Infocus Management works closely with partners worldwide to manage the careers of our students and also in organizing events around the world.
The success of the management is evident from the placements provided to our students outside Nagaland, a total of more than 125 students, since 2011 up till 2013, and more placements are in waiting once the ongoing batch completes its course.
Throughout ages, fashion and entertainment have been interlinked in a semi symbiotic relationship, where fashion drives entertainment and vice versa. Entertainment being an ever growing and dynamic industry requires professionals to seek knowledge and training to maintain their positions and meet diverse needs of clients today. As such, in the management of Events, it has been successful in organizing various cultural and fashion events not only in India, but overseas, the latest event being at the Couture Fashion Week, New York.
The Event Management further plans to continue organizing shows both at national and international events. The management team is spearheaded by a dynamic team of members whose expertise and professionalism have been accumulated over the years from field research to deliver quality entertainment for our audiences.

The foundation of the brand, MOI, began in the year 2013, by an enthusiastic group of young visionaries and collective designers. Its center of operations based in Dimapur, Nagaland, and the fashion house is one among the few in the north eastern region of India. The word ‘moi’ comes from the region’s lingua franca nagamese, which literally means ‘me’. With the tag line ‘Defining your-self’ MOI wants every woman and man to feel comfortable yet empowered and something that defines their selves. The fashion house deals in designers’ men and women clothesline, with its signature formal and casual wears, and bridal gown collections.
MOI aspires to be a brand that bridges the gap that is needed in the region’s fashion industry that keeps a tab on what’s in vogue, elegant, yet affordable, one that is locally manufactured yet at par with any other famous fashion brands. The uniqueness of MOI lies in the promotion of local textiles produced by local weavers from the region, while infusing these to the already available readymade fabrics.
Its vision to create waves in the fashion industry and marketing its clothesline globally was channeled through the merger of MOI and the Northeast India Academy of Performing Arts (NIAPA). Under which agreement, MOI became the official brand for the Northeast India Academy of Performing Arts. In June, 2014, it was announced by NIAPA, that MOI will be the associate brand under it for all the fashion events that will be organized. To begin with a global debut launch of the brand “MOI”, showcasing its Spring/Summer Collections at the ‘ASIAN/ASEAN Fashion Week’, on 16th August, 2014 at Surabaya City, Indonesia. MOI have also successfully showcased its Bridal and Evening Gown Collections at the “Couture Fashion Week, New York” on 6th of September, 2014.
